With over 25 years in Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction, Damon brings deep expertise in cost planning, estimating, value engineering, and strategic bid management. He has worked across Australia and internationally on projects exceeding $1 billion in value.

Damon founded Navigate to bridge the gap between design intent and construction reality. Known for his practical insight and ability to unpack complex projects, he leads every engagement personally, ensuring opportunities are captured and risks controlled from the start.

With more than 40 years of industry experience, Chris leads design reviews with a sharp eye for efficiency and practicality. He ensures structure and services are as cost-effective as possible while preserving the architect’s design intent. His work helps direct investment where it delivers the most visible value.

Kieran has delivered programming and logistics strategies for some of Sydney’s most complex builds, including Greenland Tower and The Ribbon (W Hotel). He specialises in construction programming, staging, management plans, and logistics design that keep projects efficient and predictable from tender to delivery.
